Here's my story:

For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to be Lara Croft, Tomb Raider.

It made sense. I’ve always been pretty dynamic. Action movies are my favorite. I’m always on the go, and I love learning new things. A career in tomb raiding seemed entirely appropriate.

Unfortunately, I had to give up the dream when I realized I’m not independently wealthy and couldn’t afford most of the high-tech equipment.

Instead, I spent the majority of my twenties in an exploratory phase. This involved taking on different jobs – everything from freelance blogging to private investigation to carpentry. I met tons of fascinating people, documented all my stories, and built up a pretty wild skillset along the way.

After a while, I realized what loved most about adventuring was thinking outside the box and finding ways to communicate with all the different people I met. So I pivoted into content for businesses, and now I can say I love what I do.

I get to use all the real world experience I gained over the years to drive my strategy and speak to real humans in an authentic way. Plus, new and emerging technology means there are constantly new ways to build those relationships and better serve that audience. It's a constantly evolving market, and content/communication research means you can stay at the forefront.

Evolution seems to be the running theme, actually - both for my job and my approach to it. Sure, my path to career marketing was unconventional, but I wouldn’t change a thing about it. The inspiration I found in those years continues to drive my work today.

The dream lives on.

And I want to help you create your story, too.

I'm a small business owner. Is your service right for me?

I represent a large company. Is your service right for us?

Great question - it sounds like Ah-na-ees! (Alternatively, Ana East, minus the "t." I was named after a French-Cuban author, and the word is originally Arabic. I'm none of those things, so as you can imagine, it's a great icebreaker.

I can bring a fresh perspective and imagination to fit whatever tone you’re shooting for. I also love my job, and passion for the projects is what separates people who look good on paper and people who actually do good work.

Pricing varies by project, so let’s talk! Get in touch with me using the contact link and we can put together a quote.

Absolutely.

Absolutely.

Your dog's really cute, huh?

Mouse a really special meatball, and to answer your question - yes, I do have a sweatshirt with her face on it. I'd be happy to introduce you on a video call!
